Step 1: Creation of Online Account

Step 2: Log in to your newly created Account

1. After you login to your newly created account (don’t forget your password), fill out the form which is simple and self-explanatory. Fill all the files in the form where possible. You need to have a soft copy of your photo (passport size) to upload on the portal.  
2. Enter marks of part-I only of your FA/FSc or equivalent program. Be careful don’t provide fake or wrong information, it may lead to disqualifyinging you from admission. Even if you got admission on fake information your admission will be canceled at any stage of the degree. 
3. You will be given four options to select the programs in the application. Select the program in option 1 to which you want to take admission on top priority, and select option 2 with a mind that if you could not get admission in the program of your 1st choice then you will study in 2nd choice. Similarly, you can choose options 3rd and 4th. Be careful in the selection of your options, once you submit the application it would be not possible to change the options later. 
4. On the last page of the application form, you must click the “Submit” button. By clicking submit button PDF of your application and Admission processing Fee challan will be visible to download. Take a print of your “Fee Challan” or note the challan number.  
5. Fee challan is ONLY payable in Online Accounts of the Bank of Khyber and National Bank of Pakistan
6. After the payment of a fee in the bank, login to your application portal again and upload the soft copy of your paid challan on the portal. Keep the challan safe with you for submission at the time of the interview.   
7. Your application form shall not be considered until and unless you don’t pay the admission processing fee and upload the soft on your portal.  
8. Once the fee challan is uploaded, the department will send you an application confirmation SMS. If there is any deficiency in your application, then your application will be returned to update the application. If you don’t get SMS before the closing date of admission, then contact the admission office at 0995 929612 or the concerned department.   
9. Please DO NOT send the Application Form or any documents to University by Post or by Hand. 

For Ph.D. Candidates:

1. All Ph.D. candidates are advised to appear in the Entry Test to be conducted in the campus on the Scheduled Date & Time following the COVID-19 SOPs.
2. All Ph.D. candidates who qualified the Entry Test must submit their printed Application Form along with the original paid Entry Test Fee Challan, 4 Photographs, a Statement of Purpose, a research proposal, NOC in their respective department at the time of interview, and leave (Two years for Ph.D.) before Mid Term Examination if they are serving in any Government or private Organization.
3. For MPhil and Ph.D. application submission, upload BS or MPhil transcript indicating CGPA or obtained marks percentage.
